My entire collection + my Maisto S500 Benz project

This guy (or gal) has got a pretty nice collection of diecast vehicles. I am mad that he doesn’t seem to have any Transformer Alternators (the are in 1/24 scale) nor does he have any cars from M.A.S.K., The Cars Movie or any from G.I. Joe.

But its still a cool collection.

From the image above you can see that he has a number of car models. what you probably can’t tell from the cars and trucks is who made them.

No, of course, I have to help you guys locate these cars… well, at least the ones I like. But first I have to say that I didn’t know AutoArt made a diecast of the Lincoln Navigator.

Now I don’t actually like the navigator, but I do find it cool that AutoArt made it. Makes me wonder if they will make the current version of the Lincoln Navigator too.

Here is the list of trucks (SUV’s) he has:

1. Welly 2003 GMC Yukon Denali (could not find)
2. Ertl 2004 Land Rover Range Rover HSE (could not find… but found 2006 Range Rover)
3. UTModels 2000 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition (This is a collectors item… hard to find)
4. AutoArt 2002 Lincoln Navigator (Only saw ths on AutoArt’s website)
5. Anson 2002 Cadillac Escalade (can’t find this one… but guess what? The 2007 Escalade by Hotwheels is out!)

Now we get into the high end cars of his (or her) collection. Let me tell you, there is only 3 worth mentioning and they are all BMW’s from Kyosho. you would think the car from AutoArt would shine the best… but it doesn’t. Here is the list:

1. Kyosho 2005 BMW 545i w/ Sport Pkg.
2. Kyosho 2005 BMW 645Ci w/ Sport Pkg. (This is as close to it as I could find)
3. Kyosho 2002 BMW 745i
4. AutoArt Mercedes-Benz CL55 AMG F1 Williams Edition (wow… I’m gonna have to keep looking for this one)
5. Maisto 2000 Mercedes-Benz S500 (my project car) – (Found a AutoArt version which, of course, costs more)

They did have the convertible version of the BMW 645 Ci in case you were looking for that. I think I would find more, but my patience isn’t to high right now, plus, my computer if not to speedy. Maybe I need more memory? Then again I had this computer for a good 3 years or more.

Well, since I am having a hard time right now, I think you should probably put this page in your bookmarks and check it out a few days later.

I’ll leave on this note. the project car looks pretty good so far. I wonder if the diecast maker companies will do what he has done one day.

Come back here in a week and I’ll would have found more of these cars. They have to be somewhere.
